  • Age-indeterminate minimally displaced fracture of the sublime tubercle of the ulna


Diagnosis

  • Sublime tubercle fracture

Sample Report

Age-indeterminate minimally displaced fracture of the sublime tubercle of the ulna.

No joint malalignment.

Evaluation for joint effusion is limited by the obliquity of the lateral view, though no large effusion is present.

Joint spaces are maintained.


Discussion

  • Just like Segond fractures in the knee, the sublime tubercle should be a specific part of your search pattern to avoid missing these fractures
