Acute nondisplaced intraarticular radial head fracture with minimal articular surface impaction.

Acute minimally displaced chip fracture of the coronoid process, which can be seen as sequela of posterior elbow dislocation. The elbow is currently located.

Elbow joint effusion.

Joint spaces are maintained.


Discussion

  • Radial head and coronoid process fractures are the most common fractures occurring in association with posterior elbow dislocation
  • Make sure not to confuse the coroNoid process of the ulNa with the coraCoid process of the sCapula
