Perilunate dislocation with radial deviation of the remaining carpus. Associated acute transverse fracture of scaphoid separating the proximal and distal poles. The proximal pole is slightly deviated laterally, while the distal pole is completely dislocated from the donor site dorsolaterally. The distal radioulnar joint is intact.

Significant soft tissue swelling.

Midcarpal row posterior dislocation with mid scaphoid fracture with angulation and displacement. Lunate is still in anatomic alignment.

Acute intrarticular impaction fracture of the distal radius with ulnar tilt and acquired positive radial variance with cm of overlap of the radial styloid with the proximal carpal row. Distal radioulnar and radiolunar alignment maintained.

Acute scaphoid fracture with dorsal displacement of the fracure fragment. There is capitolunate disolcation with dorsal transolcation of the carpal bones and hand. The radiolunate joint is maintained. Acquired negative ulnar variance.

Acute transverse fracture of the waist of the scaphoid. Capitolunate dislocation with volar and proximal displacement of the capitate. Soft tissue swelling.

Acute transscaphoid midcarpal dislocation with medial, proximal, and dorsal displacement of the distal carpal row which remains aligned with the metacarpals.

Acute transverse fracture through the scaphoid waist. The proximal fragment remains associated with the lunate while the distal fragment remains associated with the capitate and is approximately 3cm laterally displaced.

Tiny radiopacities project adjacent to the radius and lunate which likely represent small fracture fragments although could also be foreign bodies.

Mild negative ulnar variance.

Consider CT wrist for better evaluation of extent of injury and/or MRI to assess level of ligamentous involvement.

Acute carpal fracture dislocation. Volar dislocation of the distal carpal row and acute fracture of the schaphoid. additional osseus fragment about the hamate likely represents additional carpal fracture of unknown donor. Reccomend CT wrist for further eval.
