Sample Preliminary Report

Acute transscaphoid perilunate dislocation. Acute scaphoid waist fracture with 2 cm ulnar displacement and rotation of the proximal fracture fragment.

Mild degenerative changes of the first MCP and CMC joints. Mild ulnar subluxation of the first MCP joint could relate to degenerative changes and/or age-indeterminate radial collateral ligament injury.

2 mm linear radiodensity in the soft tissues along the radial aspect of the distal radial metaphysis which may represent a soft tissue foreign body.
