Radiopaque ribbon seen in the right lower quadrant, suspicious for retained surgical sponge/towel. Surgical clips in the right lower pelvis. Contrast in the colon.

Degenerative changes at the hips. Non-obstructive bowel gas pattern.

Likely surgical drain running from the R side of the anatomic pelvis to the R mid abdomen.

Multiple calcifications in the left anatomic pelvis are favored to reflect phleboliths. Calcifications along the right iliac crest may be in the fecal stream.
