Small perineal abscess without fistula or sinus tracts. Unremarkable small and large bowel. Recommend colonoscopy/GI consultation following resolution for crohns workup.

Perianal abscesses.

Perianal abscess

Small multiloculated right perirectal hypoattenuating peripherally enhancing collection, consistent with abscess, with surrounding inflammatory stranding. No evidence of perforation. Mild adjacent rectal wall thickening.

Small volume free pelvic fluid, possibly reactive versus physiologic in this menstruating woman. Small bilateral ovarian cysts within normal limits for age.

Right perianal abscess.

Bartholin cyst/labial abscess.

right medial vaginal soft tissue rim enh collection, sus for bartholin gland abscess.

Right eccentric perianal abscess measuring XYZ with surrounding inflammatory stranding.

Liver is enlarged measuring ___cm.
A left ovarian cyst is present measuring ___cm.
Moderate free fluid in the pelvis.
Inflammatory changes to the rectum with proximal dilation of large bowel. A transition point is present in the rectum. this may represent early obstruction.
Finding suggestive of inflammatory or infectious colitis causing a stricture in the rectum.
A peripherally enhancing fluid collection is seen on the right medial thigh suggestive of abscess with likely fistula to the rectum. This can be seen in inflammatory bowel disease.

Rim-enhancing perirectal fluid collection within the right perineal soft tissues is concerning for abscess.

Multiple anorectal abscess. Mesenteric hyperemia. C/f crohns

peritoneal fluid may reflect cyst rupture

R eccentric perirectal abscess.

perianal abscess, cant exclude fistula, with gas in vagina

Findings/impression:
Perirectal abscesses. No fistula is visualized.
Mild periportal edema is present.
There is mild irregular hypodensity of the bilateral renal cortices that could represent pyelonephritis in the correct clinical setting. Recommend correlation with patient’s clinical symptoms and urinalysis.
Left adnexal follicle.

perirectal abscess right, ruptured ovarian cyst, query splenomegaly

Rim enhancing fluid collection anterolateral to the right margins of the rectum are suggestive of a perirectal abscess.

Findings concerning for a perianal abscess within the right ischioanal fossa which tracts superiorly to the rectum with mild rectal wall thickening and stranding within the perirectal fat. This could relate to underlying inflammatory bowel disease, namely crohns disease.
